Celebrate your wedding at the Hotel Paris Prague and choose from one of our available menus. Enjoy traditional or modern Czech cuisine, or complete your special day with a French gourmet meal. Whichever wedding menu you choose, you can always expect highest quality and delicious tastes.

Traditional Czech wedding menu

  • Couvert (rolls and butter)
  • Smoked pork knuckle with horseradish mousse, on a bed of oak-leaf salad and caramelized apples
  • Beef bouillon with vegetables and liver dumplings
  • Confitted duck leg with apples, red cabbage flavoured with cinnamon, and potato dumplings
  • Apple strudel with walnuts and vanilla sauce
  • Coffee and petit four

Modern Czech wedding menu

  • Couvert (rolls and butter)
  •   Fillet of smoked trout on marinated lettuce with beetroot and lemon dressing
  •   Chicken broth with julienne vegetables and quail egg
  •   Roasted pork tenderloin with plum sauce and baked potato cakes
  •   Pancakes with forest-fruit sauce and whipped cream
  •   Coffee and petit four

French banquet menu

  • Couvert (rolls and butter)
  •   Mini-vegetables filled with jasmine rice and Camembert Liqueil, pesto made from walnuts and Piri-Piri peppers
  •   Gratinated French onion soup
  •   Lamb cutlets in crust of herbs de Provence and Dijon mustard, with spinach gnocchi and sauce of confitted garlic in cream
  •   A selection of French cheeses
  •   Coffee and petit four

Gourmet menu

  • Couvert (rolls and butter)
  •   Crème brûlée of duck liver, complemented with stewed sour cherries and crunchy toasted brioche
  •   Mushroom potage with pumpkin oil
  •   Beef sirloin Bourguignon with purée of sweet potatoes and Provencal mini vegetables
  •   Chocolate soufflé Sarah Bernhardt with Grand Marnier sauce and candied orange rind
  •   Coffee or tea and petit four
