"Rooms were lovely, we got a "higher" class room that ended up having a courtyard view while our travel partner had a lower one and had two balconies, which seemed off to me. The only real difference was we had a coffee maker and she only had instant coffee, so I would have considered hers the "higher" room if you had just swapped the coffee. Otherwise we were very happy, it's a gorgeous hotel. We got vouchers for free drinks and the (wonderful) server poured us Veuve and then later that we couldn't use the voucher for it, which was a little disappointing. The whole staff were really lovely and thoughtful offering early breakfast for our morning departure flight, and always helping with doors and bags. Breakfast buffet was nice, really good eggs, pretty standard box pastires. Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely consider coming again next time we visit prague!"
