Our chef Karel Hynek and his team prepares flavoursome delicacies in the style of French and traditional Czech cuisine. When choosing and combining dishes, he always emphasizes the quality of ingredients and the seasonal offer. Karel Hynek gained experience in Great Britain and is constantly improving his art, for example, most recently during an internship at the Alain Ducasse Academy in Paris.
