Our master chef - Karel Hynek
Let me introduce you to our chief Karel Hynek, who with his team prepared dishes from the cuisinefrançaise and also traditional Czech cuisine in a modern style light. By choosing a combination of dishes, he always emphasizes quality ingredients and seasonal produce.
Karel Hynek has arrived at the Hotel Paris in Prague after years working as a chef for several 4 and 5 star hotels in Prague. He also gained experience working for a long time in Britain.
