The pure restaurant Art Nouveau interiors – blue cleft mosaics, original lighting fixtures, wooden wainscoting and gilded stuccowork, makes the hotel restaurant one of the most splendid gems of Prague restaurants. Our Executive Chef - Karel Hynek
Please allow me to introduce our Executive Chef Mr. Karel Hynek, who together with his team has prepared French and also traditional Czech cuisine delicatessen revisited in a modern light style. When selecting a combination of dishes, he always puts emphasis on the quality of ingredients and seasonal offer.
Karel Hynek came to Hotel Paris in Prague after years of working for several 4 and 5 star hotels in Prague as a Executive Chef. He also had previous long-term working experience in Great Britain.
