very polite and accommodating staff
This hotel is delightful and situated in an ideal part of the city, on the fringe of the old town. All major places of interest are within easy walking distance. From our arrival at Hotel Paris to our departure we were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel reflects old world charm with high ceilings and luxurious décor. All public areas are very attractive and comfortable. The Sarah Bernhart restaurant is a lovely venue for an evening meal, with an excellent choice of dishes. Equally, breakfast in this setting is not to be missed. There is an amazing choice of hot and cold food. The Café de Paris is a comfortable place to relax in for a drink or food. The rooms - ours was an Executive room - are spacious and well appointed. There is more than adequate storage space, lovely furnishings and a very comfortable king sized bed. Tea and coffee making facilities and mineral water are provided. The welcome plate of chocolates was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel if we visit Prague again. All in all - a wonderful place to stay when visiting Prague
Our stay in the hotel was excellent every one was very friendly and professionalI would recommend this Hotel to anyone Location perfect
The hotel is lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend it.
My fourth stay at the hotel, as always just a lovely experience, this time Easter we were given the tower suite, as there were no exec rooms available, amazing what a unique and special place the views , the tower!!! Staff are fantastic, they remember you and welcome you like an old friend, see you in August for the weekend hotel Paris
The breakfast was excellent. Comfortable beds in very clean rooms. Everybody was very kind, very good service, very tolerant with children.
Everything is just fine, and the breakfast now is even better than last year, although before it was as well very good.
We love this hotel, we have stayed here 3 times now. It is perfectly located, is very clean & very comfortable, the staff are lovely. I have recommended it to others & they loved it too.
Marvellously, in art nouveau style decorated hotel (inside and outside), very well located for sightseeing in a dead-end street with hardly any traffic. Dinner in restaurant and extensive buffet-breakfast both of high quality. Friendly, helpful staff. Double bed should have been longer, to accommodate a NW-European of almost 2 meters tall.
Fantastic hotel, great location, friendly staff and good value for money, will be staying again soon.
Magnificent art deco gem, staff could not be more plesant or helpful. Convenient, central location made our visit to Prague an active and memorable one.
Loved everything about this hotel - the beautiful building inside and exterior, the beautiful paintings all over, our room, the sweet staff. Wonderful breakfast. Everything. Great location.
Really beautiful hotel in an excellent location in the historical district of Prague. The room was quite comfortable and well appointed, breakfasts excellent. It was a most pleasant stay!
We stayed for three nights from 5th Dec as our mini moon. Everything about the hotel from service, food, value and location was all first class. Would highly recommend for a stay.
Lovely hotel, perfectly situated, exceptionnally good and friendly service from all the staff. Big surprice, a delicious Paris cake from the hotel to my wife on her birthday! We enjoyed a quiet room on the 4th floor with a tiny balcony and a nice view. The outstanding breakfast was served in the beautiful main restaurant - nothing could have been better!
With out doubt the nicest Hotel experience I have ever had. We stayed in the Tower Suite and the views were breathtaking. It was almost too difficult for us to leave our room to go outside to explore Prague. The staff were all so friendly and could not be more helpful. We were staying for a Birthday celebration and even received a complimentary bottle of fizz to celebrate in style. Truly a gem of a Hotel, perfectly located and worth 10 stars out of 10.
Best Hotel in Prague
The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance to most of the sights and good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and was willing to help all the time. The rooms were very spacious compared to european standards. We definitely reccommend hotel paris!
Outstanding hotel with outstanding location and very good value . Walk to main old town square in 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Old world feel With all modern amenities. Excellent free wifi . Really charming .
Very friendly and professional staff. Good location and very tastefully modernised hotel. Very enjoyable stay.
Rooms were very comfortable and the staff was very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here. Good location.
Very nice hotel, well located. Very European and comfortable. I´ll return for sure and recommend.
The Tower Suite is a dream that came true.a mindblowing view on Prague that is breathtaking weather it's day or night, sunny or rainy. The stuff was helpful and very nice starting right with the booking and ending with returning me mi phone charger that I've forgotten in the room. Very good breakfast and of course perfect location.Really hope to come back.
My husband and I stayed at Hotel Paris Prague for four nights. The hotel is beautiful, charming and well situated in the center of town. Our room, a junior suite, was quite large and exquisitely appointed. We were welcomed on our arrival with a divine plate of chocolates, and our room was equipped with coffee and tea. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of hot and cold foods. Also, the staff were very kind and welcoming. I hope that some day we might be able to return to this beautiful city and enjoy once again the Hotel Paris!
Hotel Paris is a very beautiful hotel. The service is fabulous and the location is great. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good also. It is in old Prague and you can walk to nice restaurants and shops and see many beautiful buildings and sites. I loved my time in Prague and when I return there is no question I will stay her again.
It is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and perfectly located. I would highly recommend it and stay here again.
Our room at the Hotel Pariz was nicely appointed and very comfortable, but the highlights of our stay were the people. The concierge staff at the front desk, Monica and Martin were incredibly helpful arranging our day trips and concert tickets. The people in the dining room were always helpful and attentive, as were the housekeepers. The hotel's location was central to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely rebook at the hotel on any future trip to Prague.
Wonderful Hotel. Can't wait to return.
We were delighted with our stay. Our thanks go out to all the staff who were so friendly and helpful. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.
This was an absolutely outstanding place to stay in Prague. Not to mention the historic art nouveau architecture, the location could not have been more superb. Being on Republic Square was so much superior than being in the overcrowded Old Town, which was just a short walk away. Plus the local market with very nice food was better and much cheaper than buying it in Old Town. The buffet breakfast was the best that we had on our entire trip, and our evening spent for dinner in the restaurant Sarah Barnhardt will be most memorable. Thank You for a very wonderful anniversary experience. Vince and Pat
Among the best and nicest hotel I have stayed at.
Your people, all, are super involved and helpful. Made for wonderful experience.
We had a great stay and the Hotel Paris certainly added to the enjoyment. Well run, friendly and effiecint staff, lovely decor and good food and facilities. The cost although towards the high end, is justifed and decent value.
Fantastic hotel with an excellent location in Prague. Loads of class, history and character and was really impressed. Very helpful and engaging staff, both in the front office and the restaurant. A perfect getaway in Prague. Some points worth noting. Rooms are decent sized and not exceptionally big. Housekeeping needs a bit of tightening their belt. The fruit platter from the first day was still there when we left after 4 days, even though the fruits were no longer eatable. Same with refilling tea bags every day.
This is a beautiful hotel with a most polite, helpful and accommodating staff.
Hotel staff are very friendly. Location great
Beautiful hotel with great service, fantastic staff and perfect location
A wonderful stay - excellent service, a unique hotel in a superb location!
Elegant, beautiful, fabulous hotel! Excellent hospitality, immaculate. The Art Nouveau décor was so lovely. The spa is great. The inclusive breakfast buffet had delicious food and endless choices. The location is perfect in Old Town and walking everywhere is the way to go! This is a five-star hotel in my book
Excellent hotel with exceptionally well trained staff. Ana and Monika were a delight. I hope to see everyone again soon.
We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Hotel Paris for our 20 wedding anniversary in July 2015. The hotel is beautiful and the art deco French theme takes your breath away. All staff are friendly and helpful. The concierge will help you plan any trips and make sure you see the main attractions. If you get a chance, book a meal in the Hotel Restaurant where a range of prices ensures everyone can enjoy the amazing food and service. Overall...faultless!!!
מיקום מצוין, חדרים מרווחים ונקיים. ארוחת בקר נהדרת. מומלץ בחום!
Elegant but comfortable hotel with superb, helpful staff. Excellent location close to all sights, but quiet. Excellent breakfast with every breakfast food imaginable. Our room was extremely clean and beautiful.
Very nice hotel, extremely well located, with nice staff. Great breakfast.
Hotel de Paris is so friendly and discrete! The breakfast at Mucha meny and dinner in Sarah Bernhardt is really something special. We had a fantastic 4 night stay to celebrate an anniversery and to meet chech friends.
As always the staff at the Hotel Paris are lovely genuine people, many thanks for looking after us.
We chose Hotel Paris because its location does matter for us since we’re expecting. The hotel is nearby Metro (subway) which we can randomly hop on and off in any stop for exploring around. It’s adjacent to Palladium shopping center also not too far from old square which there also are local stores including café along the way to old square that we can stop by anytime. From the old square, we also can walk to Charles’s bridge and Prague castle. With the hotel location, we can ride the metro back from all the landmarks to hotel when we get tried. The hotel service is good and the room is clean. The hotel provided welcome sparkling drink with truffle chocolates in the room when we arrived. And every night, the staff will come to make our comfy bed with few pieces of chocolate. Our room is at the street side so every morning we can hear the garbage truck come by – this is a kind of local alarm to tell us that the day has started, and if we don’t want to hit the crowd at popular attractions area, we’re better to leave early. No worries, even we heard noise from the street but we couldn’t hear any noise from the next door! Hotel decoration is quite interesting, it made us feel like we live in Louis of France. Elevator has 2 doors – outer one is manual swing door and inner one is real elevator door, it’s a bit inconvenient especially when we carried a lot of stuff. Well, it’s just decoration. Breakfast is included with many choices – egg, patato tots, sausage, cereal, salad, cheeses, pastry, fruit, etc. We quite enjoyed to try on the first few days. But since we stayed for 6 nights, having exactly same thing everyday got a bit boring. Probably, it’s not often to have guests stay for many nights in a row but we just thought that it would be nicer if the menu can be changed some. One additional item about breakfast… we recommend to upgrade the toaster oven to one that toasts faster and doesn’t require user to keep checking on the bread to see if toasting is complete!
Very good hotel - really enjoyed our stay. One minor comment would be to make the gym more accessible (opening at 9am is not convenient for business travel).
It is almost as our expectations unless more everything is is characterised in this hotel with a flavour of history and at the same time running the latest version of comfortable hospitality it is great hotel. Hotel Paris Prague is a unique piece of art in the field of hospitality industry we have the feeling that who stayed in hotel Paris Prague once will never think to stay somewhere else in Prague If visiting Prague again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-staff are extremely helpful, breakfast and dinner in the elegant Sarah Bernhardt restaurant were haute cuisine and the best jacuzzi ever!
